Good dealership, they make sure to earn your business. My salesman was Anton and he is good at his job, a cool dude. The detailer department was subpar with the car wash and detail they gave to my new purchased honda, it took the detailers so long to wash and detail, but streaks were left and dirt spots were missed. The longest part of the purchase was not negotiating no that was fast, we waited so long to talk to financing when I came with my own private financing. I always hate the song and dance with dealership purchasing however it is occasionally necessary and I would shop at this dealership again.

I had an oil change done on 4/23/26 and shortly after
I had an oil change done on 4/23/26 and shortly after began hearing a scraping noise while traveling back to Jacksonville. I had to stop at Mavis Tires & Brakes, where the technician informed me that my skid plate was barely hanging on by one zip tie, with missing screws and damaged parts. I was also told my oil cap was left loose, causing my vehicle to leak oil. What makes this even more concerning is that my paperwork only stated the skid plate was “bent” — nothing about it barely being attached or being a safety hazard. This could have caused an accident, left me stranded while traveling, or caused serious engine damage from leaking oil. Since reporting this issue, it has been constant back and forth communication of “we are looking into it,” yet there has still been no real resolution or accountability taken for what happened. Very disappointed with the lack of care, urgency, and concern for customer safety.

First and foremost, I must thank a gentleman named Joe Carter as he is the most capable and gifted salesperson I have ever had the immense pleasure of meeting in my entire life. In fact, he is so beyond effective in everything that he does that he made an absolute miracle happen for me and I will never forget him for it. With very poor credit and no down payment, Joe effortlessly made things happen for me over and over again and I was in awe of his complete dedication to getting me into a new vehicle and the very best deal that he could. With the help and approval from his management team, in addition to the finance guy, another gentleman named Joe, he made it happen for me and so much more that I was pretty much left speechless. The vehicle that he obtained for me is a million times better than any other vehicle that I have ever had too.
