There was even a moment when my toddler ran out into the highway after a toy -- Brian ran out in front of the oncoming cars, grabbed my kid, and did a full slide across the hood of a Tesla going 20 mph with my kid in his arms. I visited the shop this morning for a 7 AM appointment for Service on my Jeep. My Service manager was James. Despite the early hour, he greeted me with a smile And welcomed me with an offer for a cup of coffee. The check-in was quick and efficient. I recently purchased a 2020 Acura MDX hybrid from Hondas of the Avenues. I worked with Shamari on the deal. Shamari embodies character, honesty, integrity, and commitment to follow through. I am an out of state buyer, Shamari took pictures and videos while the vehicle was at Acura (a different dealership)getting a recall done. Long delays between diagnostics to installation to more diagnostics. I didn't get many updates unless I called to find out what is going on. I understand that the repairs were complex and time consuming and my insurance company wasn't easy to work with. When the repairs were completed, my vehicle was back to normal like nothing happened. Excellent work as always, just wish the communication between the service department and the insurance company was better.

I had a very positive experience at this dealership. Working with the service advisors was seamless, and communication was excellent. The repair squad was highly efficient and handled the maintenance in no time. My only critique is that the oil life gauge wasn't reset before pick-up. Aside from that small oversight, it was a fantastic, hassle-free visit!

I have always had a great service when I’ve brought in my car to this dealership. Jeremy Lile provided excellent service. I originally stopped by on Thursday and it was too late in the day to get it looked at. He made an appointment for me the next morning, and kept in touch to let me know what needed to be done. He had to order a part and my car was ready for pickup early Saturday morning. I am very pleased with the service he provided.
