Great car-buying experience at Honda of the Avenues! They had a great selection of vehicles, and our salesman, Curt, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made everything easy from start to finish. All of the managers were very professional and friendly as well. Most importantly, we never felt pressured into buying a car. The whole experience was comfortable, straightforward, and enjoyable. I came upon Honda of the Avenues through the Costco Auto Program. Once I built my car to purchase on the Costco program I entered the info online and it put me in contact with Honda of the Avenues….they were the only dealership working with Costco when I bought my car. I called 3 other Honda dealerships to get my radio fixed and they gave me a hard time and told me I had to bring the car in just for them to give me an idea Jeremy made it so easy to choose coming there he was more than helpful and was willing to go above and beyond to make it where I would not be making a trip for nothing and I appreciate that I will be in soon !

Brought my vehicle in for tire rotation oil change and an alignment. The service advisor was very direct and professional about what was needed, the prices were fair, and the service was done in a timely manner.
Great customer service, and no pressure sales from the time we drove into the parking lot. Morris is The Best!!! He's Honest, Practical, and makes you feel like Family. This was my daughter's first time buying a car, and this dealership made it stress free. I highly recommend Morris, and the entire Sales Team.

I went in for an oil change on Wednesday. I was told my car needed a repair and I ordered the part. Returned Saturday and was told they couldn't do the work. I need to be refunded for my part. They are dodging my calls.
UPDATE: Honda refunded me for the part that I paid for. They offered to do the work for the originally quoted price, but considering the tech said he didn't know if he could fix the car without breaking more parts, I'm weary of their ability to do the work, so I am ... Very professional, gave me a ride and picked me up from the Mall. Explained what services my car needed so that I could understand.
I just purchased the vehicle from another dealer as it was used. Wanted Honda to go through it and make any rec one rations as well as notified that I thought the wipers were working improperly. I got the car back a few hours later with the advisor saying everything was fine. He stated that they ran a gallon or more through the wipers and they were functions correctly. Really not happy at all with Honda of the Avenues. When they were trying to sell us cars, we heard from them nonstop. We purchased TWO CRVs. Roof rails (cross bars) were promised to us in the pkg. The cars were delivered without them. Honda promised they would arrive within a few days. It’s been over a week now. We’ve had to call them no less than four times. We feel like we’ve been lied to. Joseph was great during the sale, but when I wanted to cancel the maintenance Joe in finance was, in my opinion, angry and unprofessional. He also delayed and had me calling and texting Joseph MANY times. Joseph's only downfall was delaying supporting me as the customer after the sale.

I recently purchased a car I have been searching many years for…it was posted online and within an hour of contacting the dealership, Shamari, Jared and Jon were able to put a long distance deal together via videos and consistent communication. I was able to complete the deal and take the car back home to NC within a week. Team was open to fair negotiations and prepared the car for a seamless 400+ mile trip back home. I don't mind doing this again, but I've already answered this question on email. When I arrived, I was taken right in. Everybody was friendly. The waiting room was comfortable and service didn't take long.
I ended up going to another honda to get the rest of the car fixed under warranty and I wanted to the trade the car in the the monthly payment was way to high so I went to another honda dealership they warranty my air conditioner and I actually traded the car in with 0 down and went up 30 dollars in payment and with a service contract with it and i would like to cancel it the one I got with your dealership

The service visit I had was very good. The service advisor who took care of me was excellent, very customer satisfaction oriented. I gave him the highest score on the survey I submitted. For some reason the scores turned out low, don't know how that happened.

I was traveling and visiting my sister and in the morning on a Saturday my car would not start. I tried to reach my Honda department, but their phone system is all AI and you could not do anything but leave a message. I left a message saying I was traveling and concerned and didn’t know what to do with my vehicle, but nobody ever returned my phone call. Nice people. Sales team were excellent. Service managers are good but the actual car service was a problem for me. I had a routine oil change. Service lights were not reset and I had to do it myself. Also, my wiper fluid was empty so obviously no one even checked it or topped off fluids.
There reservation process is horrible. You can make an appointment reservation online but it only a set time to meet with the service writer. Then wait 3 hours. It’s like making a doctors appointment and that time is just to meet the receptionist but you gotta wait three more hours to see the doctor. Not a good process.
