Shawn does a great job taking care of me and my Prologue Elite. On the other hand Honda corporation has done a horrendous job of rolling out the prologue electric vehicles. They couldn't care less that they rolled out a General Motors disaster and saddle customers with multiple defects and issues. Their support teams from the technicians on the ground to the corporate level technicians are clueless about what to do with these vehicles. As a result, This will be the last Honda vehicle that I ever purchase or lease.
They have always serviced my two Honda's. We have never had any problems with our cars out on the road. The service has always been done accurately with no need to return the vehicles for something that was not done correctly.
I was looking to get into a smaller, sportier model and trim. Stay with a hybrid. And lower my payment. TC was excellent in helping my find the right fit! I got the car within a couple days. It is perfect. And lowered my payment.

AJ was helpful from the initial phone call. He made the entire experience seamless, and all the Honda employees went above and beyond for an exceptional experience. Communication was on point, car was done in a timely and efficient manner. The shuttle drive Mr Smith was an absolute joy. Such a people person and so pleasant to talk to. This is my second review of Honda at the Avenues, and specifically of Thomas TC Phelps. I bought a car two years ago and TC helped my find the right car. Flash forward two years and my driving needs had changed. I no longer needed a bigger car. I wanted to return to a vehicle slightly smaller and sportier. TC helped me again. The technicians in the service dept are liars and will do damage to your vehicle. The sales department is ok but unwilling to give max value for trade-ins.
I waited 2 1/2 hours for a 40 minute job. I did get a discount, but not enough, because my time is every bit as valuable as yours. The service tech, Teri, was very professional and respectful.

If they had listened to me the first time I brought my car, I would have spent my money to have it fixed there. I literally googled the issue and knew the problem and apparently y'all's 'best' guy had my car for a week and didn't help at all. I'm getting it fixed somewhere else and never coming back there again. This isn't even my first bad experience with you guys and I still tried again.

I was able to meet with Eric Butler, a great salesman that took me on a test drive on the vehicle I wanted, which it was great his energy and enthusiasm was more than welcoming, then when we got back we were able to come up with a great deal, and successfully get me the car I wanted, including Eric made sure everything was done correctly and fast I wasn't even there for that long, overall my experience there was great and I would definitely return in the future to purchase more vehicles from them

Easy process involving covered repair. Only flaw was time expectations. Was told 4 hour job so I arranged for pick-up. Then was messaged less than 2 hours that the job was done and my car was ready.

I was charged for an oil change that should have been complimentary. I will be calling them tomorrow as I found that I have free for 2 years or 24 k miles. I have not passed either of these and I even questioned Randy on this. This is my second lease with Honda of the Avenues and it may be my last
A good experience with Marcellis at the Avenues. The work was well done although brake fluid was spilt in engine compartment and some of it dripped on my garage floor. No other issues and the car run fine.
My original mechanical concern was never addressed or investigated because I was advised it would be a waste of money since the loud grinding squealing metal on metal noise from my hub and brake area, was no longer making that sound when they drove the vehicle. Other than that, the other service stuff they said was needed got done I’m assuming. Same day service was great!

At the very beginning they presented a price for the car that was higher then what I was initially provided by Shamari. This then started the car buying game. I will never go to Honda of the Avenues to buy another car or would I ever recommend them to anyone. Thinking back on the experience, I feel like I got scammed.

Paula communicated clearly what was being done and Everything was done in a reasonable time without any surprises. Final cost was more than I expected. Oil change, tire rotation, two filters, and brake fluid flush was $430. It seems excessive.
