Honda of the Avenues is an amazing dealership. I drove to the other side of town to purchase my vehicle, because I had a wonderful experience back in 2015 when I purchased my last vehicle. I love my new 2015 Honda CRV. My sales team (Corbin and Jordan) made the purchase flawless. They were so helpful! After purchasing my car, I added tint to the front windows and Ed in the service department did a fantastic job. The process did not take long. Don't go anywhere else in Jax. Jared Pauls was a dream to work with! My wife and I saw the Pilot we wanted, at a great price, on Edmund's. We emailed our interest thru the site (at 8 pm) and Jared called us not 60 seconds later. Turns out the Edmund's price didn't include some dealer add-ons but Jared immediately honored the price. Two days later Jared delivered our new Pilot to us, in Tallahassee no less! The entire process was clean, quick and very pleasant - unlike some local dealers we were working with. We explained to Darius, sales, what we were looking for and what we did not want. He quickly showed us the car we were looking for. I recently entered into a lease for a 2024 Accord Hybrid Touring through Honda of the Avenues (HOA). My salesman was (and still is!) Thomas Phelps. He was wonderful. The brief amount of time spent on the transaction was actually enjoyable. He demonstrated his in-depth knowledge about the Accord and never resorted to did high pressure tactics. It was more like spending time with a friend than anything else. I'm a couple of months into my lease and I love the Accord Hybrid. Thomas still serves as my advisor. I can, and do, call him with questions about my new car and he's quick to respond. To me, HOA is Thomas Phelps and Thomas Phelps is HOA; it's that simple. I'm very glad I found both of them!

Kent (salesperson) welcomed me as soon as I got to the dealership. Never felt pressured to buy. Kent was extremely helpful and willing to work with me to. After the purchase, I got a call from Rory (lead salesperson) to check on us and to see if we had any questions. Just recently, Ed (Service Dept) called me to let me know my parts had arrived. He was also very friendly on the phone. All in all, a smooth experience.

Derrick Gayle was the name of my car salesman, he was great from start to finish. I did a lot of research on my car prior to walking into the dealership so I knew what I wanted and was fully expecting to have to haggle my way into a decent deal but my guy Derrick was upfront and honest with me. He got me a good deal and took care of everything I needed and wanted for my car. Big shoutout to him, and the Finance manager originating from Kenya, his name is slipping my mind, but he was great too, he gave an in depth explanation on my warranty options and what sort of coverages each provides, and he answered any questions I may have had in regards to those coverages. Big shout out to the Honda of the Avenues team. 10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you guys!!

No pressure tactics. Answered all questions for daughter (her first car). Extremely accommodating to let us think over the options. Easy to schedule test drives. Nice follow up a few days after the sale to make certain we were satisfied and did not have any questions.
