I went in to get my car serviced, and I asked my service representative to recommend a salesman because I had a few questions, but was not ready to buy yet. Shamari answered all of my questions and did not try to push me into buying that day. I was so impressed by his candor and his attitude that I came back the very same weekend and test drove a few vehicles. Again, he did not try to push the sale. I came back the next day with my wife, and walked out of there with a new Passport. It was, without a doubt, the best car buying experience I ever had. I cannot recommend Shamari enough!

Additionally, when I noted there was an issue with the tint on the driver's side door. He engaged Ed Danley, who noticed tint issues on the passenger side door and took care of the issue without telling me.

I am conflicted about giving the dealership only 4 stars. Especially considering I was pleased with the deal on the car that I bought. The people at the dealership are very nice, respectfully and very helpful. But here is my dilemma. There was a mixup or miscommunication on the original vehicle from the time I received an out the door offer via e-mail until I came in to actually look at the vehicle 2 days later. I was informed that vehicle (VIN) was sold the day before. But, there was another one exactly like it on it's way and would be here in a few days. I had no problem with that, since I was in no hurry to buy a vehicle. The replacement vehicle arrives and is still needing to be processed by the dealership. Much to my surprise after I agreed to the deal for the replacement vehicle (VIN) and started doing the initial paperwork.The VIN on the paperwork is the same VIN that I was told had been sold several days earlier. I was a little concerned that I might be laying down a large amount of cash and financing a vehicle that someone else was already in possession of. Ms. Linda provided me with a rational explanation and assurances that the car I was buying was in fact the car correct vehicle. Which I physically verified. I thoroughly enjoyed the overall experience of buying my new Honda at your dealership with Ms Linda and Mr Cyrus.In fact, one neighbor and one of my daughter's friend have asked about how I liked the car and the dealership. I highly recommended both. On a side note. I did look at a Honda, at a Honda dealership only 4 miles from my house. But, the initial contact and showing of the vehicle was more high pressure sales. So I left and tried your dealership 18 miles from my house, a week later. Glad I did! P.S. I didn't answer the question about the speed of my transaction because it is too subjective. In my case I wasn't in a hurry to buy a vehicle because I didn't need a replacement immediately. Since I hate car shopping. I do prefer to be in and out as quickly as possible. That is why I have purchased my last 3 vehicles on line.

Very responsive and friendly service by all personnel. I found my car online and expressed my interest in it. The sales rep, Linda, contacted me very shortly thereafter and arranged an appointment for me to come in. She answered all my questions and educated me about all the car's cool features. Financing worked with me so I could drive the car off the lot that day and not miss out on the deal because it was going to take a few days for me to get the money together from my own sources. Eventhough I bought the car a month ago, Linda still follows up with me to answer questions and make sure things are going OK with the car. Overall it was a very positive and pleasant experience.

Truly AWFUL post-sale service.
Truly AWFUL post-sale service. This place is a disorganized xxxx show. BUYER BEWARE!!! Exceptionally poor communication to the customer. Sales guy could not share repair target dates with me (related to purchase agreement) even after I had explained why it was so urgent for my family situation (during negotiations and post-sale) and I needed a readiness date to make plans for being without the car. Apparently Service wouldn’t give him a target date, I perceived an internal bad attitude involving Service. Then my only contact goes out sick with no backup for this situation. Calling in for manager help gets a generic voicemail box that was not responded to. I had to take off work and drive over to find a manager in person and get it sorted it out. That guy was helpful and the work was already in progress, but no one thought that was important enough to actually tell me. While there, I saw another very angry customer in the lobby. WTH? On the next day when it’s supposed to be ready, I get no follow up calls and I again have to chase the xxxx thing down again. They will tell you in the sales pitch that they’re proud of their “family customer service experience” as a reason why you should buy from them. It’s all xx - Honda of the Avenues is completely failing at that mission.

Emmanuel and Morris did a nice job of presenting the features of the vehicle and walking us through the process. Rory made the financial side A relatively quick and easy process, especially since I came in with my pre-authorized loan from the bank. I imagine it would’ve been a little bit longer process to do all of the financing there though I have done that before, and it was equally smooth

This is the best dealership experience I have ever had. I have purchased many cars, but never had the experience with Honda At the Avenues anywhere else. The salesmen are friendly, professional, and spot on. Franco helped me with my car purchase, but Corbin had the perfect vehicle waiting for me valet at the front door. I fell in love immediately with the Honda CR V EXL. The financing was seamless I think his name is Oral ( not sure) but he was awesome and very professional. I went back the next day and Tru helped me with the Honda link for my new vehicle. I even met the person who answered my phone request for an appointment, I think his name is Richard ( not sure). If the names are wrong, you know who you are. Thank you, Honda, for having a great team of handsome salesmen. This is my dealership for now on.
