The sales rep, Linda, contacted me very shortly thereafter and arranged an appointment for me to come in. She answered all my questions and educated me about all the car's cool features. Financing worked with me so I could drive the car off the lot that day and not miss out on the deal because it was going to take a few days for me to get the money together from my own sources. Eventhough I bought the car a month ago, Linda still follows up with me to answer questions and make sure things are going OK with the car. Overall it was a very positive and pleasant experience.

Truly AWFUL post-sale service. This place is a disorganized xxxx show. BUYER BEWARE!!! Exceptionally poor communication to the customer. Sales guy could not share repair target dates with me (related to purchase agreement) even after I had explained why it was so urgent for my family situation (during negotiations and post-sale) and I needed a readiness date to make plans for being without the car. Apparently Service wouldn’t give him a target date, I perceived an internal bad attitude involving Service. Then my only contact goes out sick with no backup for this situation. Calling in for manager help gets a generic voicemail box that was not responded to. I had to take off work and drive over to find a manager in person and get it sorted it out. That guy was helpful and the work was already in progress, but no one thought that was important enough to actually tell me. While there, I saw another very angry customer in the lobby. WTH? On the next day when it’s supposed to be ready, I get no follow up calls and I again have to chase the xxxx thing down again. They will tell you in the sales pitch that they’re proud of their “family customer service experience” as a reason why you should buy from them. It’s all xx - Honda of the Avenues is completely failing at that mission.

I recently entered into a lease for a 2024 Accord Hybrid Touring through Honda of the Avenues (HOA). My salesman was (and still is!) Thomas Phelps. He was wonderful. The brief amount of time spent on the transaction was actually enjoyable. He demonstrated his in-depth knowledge about the Accord and never resorted to did high pressure tactics. It was more like spending time with a friend than anything else. I'm a couple of months into my lease and I love the Accord Hybrid. Thomas still serves as my advisor. I can, and do, call him with questions about my new car and he's quick to respond. To me, HOA is Thomas Phelps and Thomas Phelps is HOA; it's that simple. I'm very glad I found both of them!

Kent (salesperson) welcomed me as soon as I got to the dealership. Never felt pressured to buy. Kent was extremely helpful and willing to work with me to. After the purchase, I got a call from Rory (lead salesperson) to check on us and to see if we had any questions. Just recently, Ed (Service Dept) called me to let me know my parts had arrived. He was also very friendly on the phone. All in all, a smooth experience.

No pressure tactics. Answered all questions for daughter (her first car). Extremely accommodating to let us think over the options. Easy to schedule test drives. Nice follow up a few days after the sale to make certain we were satisfied and did not have any questions.
